I just got back from AL and seeing Joe do his powerlifting meet and I have to say I am sort of getting the PL meet itch… perhaps I may do it… if I move… if I can manage to stop getting hurt… if I can actually be strong again…

So I had a job interview in AL and it seemed to go well so I am hoping for good news :slight_smile:

In between traveling and being in the begining stages of getting sick I have not been to the gym since last week… I look forward to feeling better and going as soon as I can :slight_smile:

I got back to the gym yesterday but I took in slow as I was just starting to feel better.

Then I attempted the sumo DL… I suck at that. It just feels weird and it does not come up even. Plus I really feel it in my hips, but I suppose that part is normal. Conventional DL feels more normal but if I can get sumo right I think it will be easier on my back.
