Heh, every bit of equipment is useful for something. I have been known to use a bosu for a couple of things…so long as you don’t stand on it whilst doing lateral raises with the pink dumbells, I think you’re good.
And 115 for 8 is not to be sniffed at!

Bleh, I am getting weaker… perhaps I should lift more weights
Lately I have been shoveling snow, taking care of my parents, who are doing well now btw, and kind of feeling a little low. That said I know that getting back into the gym more regularly will help me take care of that. So that is what I will do
