Way to go Ronda! Hi I am new to the pw forum so I am kinda late with the response. But all I want to say is that your lifts ain’t bad. =) I know it is not as good as you use do, but I think it is much harder to let go your ego and do the right thing rather than pushing the weights. So, it is awesome that you are doing what you need to do. If you don’t mind me asking, how did you injure your shoulder?
PS. I wish I can bench 135. It is a long term goal of mine. =/
Stay strong.
Hi BB!
I hurt my shoulder through an over use injury at work. That paired with loose connective tissue and just having a fucked up shoulder. I hav e to be careful what I do in the gym so not to irritate it. I am considering ART but I havet o get my mind and wallet around paying out of pocket for it.
I think you are sandbagging a bit on your squats.
I wasn’t complaining, I was just mentioning how there were more people now. But you are right, I should post more.
Nah, I’ll leave that to you all
Your right, I can squat heavier. Though as I am trying to not get hurt I find doing more volume at a a lower weight does not make me need to visit the chiro nearly as much. That said once in a while I to try see how heavy I can go, which as you have seen isn’t what it used to be
I’m just catching up with your log. Okay, I only read the first and the last page, but 2x8x155 is some very nice benching especially since on your first log page you were having some shoulder issues.

I had to go back and look because I was rather impressed with that too and I couldn’t even remember doing it, lol. I mis-typed but fixed it, I meant 115, not 155…
Thank you still
