This was what I did yesterday and the good news today is that the DOMs is not nearly as bad as it was last time I tried this routine out. Plus I can actaully see what I think may be some develoment in the front of my quat, this good, however I had better get to losing some fat so I can continue to fit in my jeans :stuck_out_tongue:

sorry I’m late to reply - I’ve been traveling this past week. That Boston trip sounded like fun and every trip i do is mostly centered around food. You should have seen us in paris in 2008. We were pretty scary.lol.

I know I have changed my work outs a bit but I used to be able to do 5x5x135 and now… 2 were hard… :frowning:

that means there is an element that is screwy
1-food
2-sleep
3-rest

what is your main goal? focus on that. But you know all that right? :slight_smile:

Did I tell you all that I was going to Alabama? I went and now I am back.

While I was there I squatted but I didn’t write down what I did so I can’t record it here.

Way to go Ronda! Hi I am new to the pw forum so I am kinda late with the response. But all I want to say is that your lifts ain’t bad. =) I know it is not as good as you use do, but I think it is much harder to let go your ego and do the right thing rather than pushing the weights. So, it is awesome that you are doing what you need to do. If you don’t mind me asking, how did you injure your shoulder?

PS. I wish I can bench 135. It is a long term goal of mine. =/
