190 is possible. I weigh 185 at 187 cm (two fifths of an inch taller) and I think I’m slightly bigger and fatter (yes, it’s not good, but I’m working on it). I’d guess he’s somewhere between 175 and 185.
As to the cardio, 6 miles in 95 minutes with 15 minutes of rest in the middle is not challenging. And muscles don’t slow you down too much either. Messi is far from big, but has some pretty impressive legs.
And let’s hate the stupid journalists instead of Ronaldo. He’s one of the, let’s say five, best footballers in the world. If we consider the number of people who play, that’s pretty damn impressive.
Britians are pre americans so they are genetically limited to a much smaller size ( i think It’s 178lbs). So in order for them to reach 190 they do need steriods. To Ronaldo’s credit 17.67 of the 190lbs were in his sneakers and when he had his uk underarmour shirts on. So he’s really closer to 173.37 lbs, which for them to be all muscle still requires some steroids but not as much.

ok but he is from brazil [/quote]
He’s being sarcastic, hence the decimal points and ridiculous claims. Unfortunately, round here it’s usually hard to tell.
edit - damn, know I can’t tell if you knew he was being sarcastic… also just realised I missed my 420th post…

lol, go look through oleena’s (teeheehee) Channing Tatum thread, and we had at least three cunts emerge out of the woodwork FROM THIS SITE saying that was the perfect body they wanted on their men.
Bottomline, if you’re white american AND want to stick with the white american cunt, you’re better off NOT following the doctrines on this site. Im serious.

mmm no. Cristiano Ronaldo is from Portugal, Madeira. The Ronaldo you are talking about is Ronaldo LuÃs Nazário de Lima and is past his prime. Sorry man but you FAIL.
