Hey all,
I was thinking of getting Rolfed dur to REALLY tight muscles and lack of rotational ROM in my back, hip flexors, etc. I have tried constant stretching, etc and I have made some progress but now it seems I have plateaued for sometime now.
Wanted to know:
- Has anyone tried it?-- if so, was it effective for you?
- Do you know anyone in the NYC / Long Island / Queens area who does Rolfing?
- Is there a place where I can get it done for a reduced cost, as I understand it isnt covered by insurance and usually the program is 10 sessions…
Also, if anyone knows a site or can direct em to place to see pictures of some great stretches, etc, that would be helpful…
Looking forward to hearing your input - I need to gte my flexibility up and my body lengthened greatly.
