hey guys,
just before the recent athens olympics a number of aussie cyclists were kicked off the team for taking a ‘baned substance’. apparently they were taking a combination of the energy drink redeye and a particular brand of cold and flu tablets which produced roid like results- increased muscle strength, size and endurance. can anybody confirm this? or has anyone heard of this before?
Caffeine and ephedra or pseudoephedrine more likley. Stimulants, not roids. Nothing roid-like at all about these ingredients.
A piece of friendly advice which I hope you take the right way. Spend less time thinking about “medicine” that you can put into your body, in order to up your performance and physique. Spend more time in the Gym training the basics. You will get there and actually still have your health in the process!
less brag, more drag!
Sounds like a load of BS. I’m sure someone somewhere has tried that kind of concoction just because of the story and suffered severe gastrointenstinal distress.
