I’ve never had an addictive prob with ephedrine but I’ve meet people who used take up to 10 pills at a time. They actually went to rehab for it. I don’t take it anymore cause it raises cortisol levels and makes me feel like crap. Other than caffeine, nicotine gum can give you a boost.
I’m currently trying out the 2 on 2 off cycle, ran tren with it too but that effected my cardio.
Yeah, i really like running mast with the test, i feel much harder and stronger.
I think it was an old post or PM from brook who told me about the addictive effects of ephedrine.
But i love it before a match, i play a lot better.
For those of you who dont know me, i train for sports performence.
I need to be strong and quick.

I usually take some ephedrine before matches and it gives me a good boost, the thing is i dont want to over-use ephedrine, i’ve read its addictive.
Do you know of anything else i could take to improve my fitness/speed/awareness before matches?

Look up a uk based company they are online pro-athletes supplements. I cam across a product of theirs called phase 1 - it is a fantastic pre-training/event stimulant
I LOVE ephedrine. I take it with caffeine and it works great. It gives me a great boost in energy and mental focus. It effects everyone differently, though. I’ve seen it have really bad effects on anxiety in someone I know at even a low dose. I personally have never experienced anything like that. But, I have only taken 2 pills (25mg/each) max in a day.
Usually I’ll take a whole one in the morning, and then a half pill two more times spread out about 4 hours. Even if I take it for 5-10 days straight and then not take it for a few days, I never experience any adverse sides or signs of addiction/dependency. If you only took it before your matches, I would be very surprised if you experienced any signs of addiction. But then again, everyone is different.
