my issue with the school has been resolved and Im enrolled for 8 hours which sucks but better than nothing

the physical payment still isnt at the school so thry cant officially clear the hold

the lift of the holds are only temporary and thats why the hold kept coming back

its like an hour window or something

I rotate bands with all my other ME work, so I dont really count how many weeks I use them. As to planning weeks in advance, PeteS pretty much gives me my training.

As to the 3x5 against and then 2x5 with, try it and see, seems it would torch your lockout.

As to setting them up, I set them up beside my head, the highest I can go on my rack in Jackson. I work up to a heavy-ish single without the bands, then put them on and go to a 1RM.

Bands are definitely good for warming up.
