I have posted a few vids over my logs here and there. I’m 5 ft 10 around 265ish right now though.

High Colume is the only way to play it man. Turn it up.

As far as dieting goes I don’t much care to count macros or calories. its an unecessary stressor I think. I’m not prepping for a show or anything

Goal? Is to leave crowds in awe when I begin to hit the ring. So pretty much trying to look like I belong in the wwe…ultimate athletic goal

repping 405 with no bands!!! What kind of bands are you using? At that weight you might like heavier bands, get up over 550 or so in your hands would feel pretty epic. Fucking beast man, enjoy all the one line posts as well haha

Lol I put a huge arc in my back for the 405. Tighten them glutes dig the traps in the bench…heels planted…I knew I had it from the set up

I’m not sure what kind of bands I was using. They were pretty short though and thick too…white ones
