yea, that is a criticism I hear of Kimson a lot. But in the defense of his ripping off a character…thats been a trend in po wrestling for a long timee…Razor Ramone is an amped up Tony Montana. My cardio was better when I was on them and I slept a little better. But, really, I have no reason to take them now that I think about it. I eat at least 4 cans of salmon a week.

Flax? I never really got into that. Why you take them? I assumed they were for fiber…
