Eh…we are scrapping the circuits now. My guys are too burnt out from it at this point. Our PM sessions will be Power lifting style…ugh with conditioning after. I’m interested in any powerlifting systems anyone is using.

For 5 3 1 obvious erryone will tell you to buy the ebook. I bought it but it never got sent to me! The basic premise is to run sessions at various percentages of a training maxx and let the reps do the work increasing strength cycle to cycle. There is a great calculator on the website blackironbeast.com

If it weren’t for that calculator I couldn’t run the program. Or is have to get some boi to do the math for me. Yes i can do math, just choose not to.
