Heading into the gym today, felt sluggish and tired from work as the weather is starting to warm up in the foundry and starting to take a toll on me physically.
Squat
barx10 - stiff and sluggy
135x10 still feeling beat up
225x5 started to get loose finally after pounding back gatorade

Note: After my meet on May 11th, I decided to attend the local Meet in my home town in September which is roughly 17+weeks depending on which week in September. I will be following the Conjugate method influenced by the WSBB and training 5 days a week with two days off. With the first 12 weeks all assistance work will be more in the hypertrophy range then with the remaining weeks it will be more strength focused.

True, I think the work I do has helped alot on regaining the strength. Hope I can crush it st the meet, but we will see. I tend to usually side with caution on squats
