Yep it is raining PRs in this log. Great work.
Top work on the PR’s mate
Thanks mates. I assume the quick recovery from time off is all due to my work. It’s just nice to have everything going in the right direction with the meet around the corner. I do find when I have the day off work, that I am refreshed and all the weights move nice

Overall happy about the PR but not happy about the 500lb fail
that was a big squat PR Rob.
Maybe just maybe it took some out of the DL.
Quality workouts and PR’s lately.
Good luck on the meet next week.
Top effort mate, don’t stress about not getting the dead PR, it will happen, keep plugging away ![]()
Sometimes they go up sometimes they stay down, but there is always tomorrow. Keep pushing mate and you’ll smash that deadlift.
Thanks just excited for the meet. My friend who is finishing school for KIN has decided to offer free coaching. I decided to take it, and see why not for the next meet whih is 21 weeks away. All I know is its an RPE/percentage/accessory work. Me being a WSBB for life type dude will love the challenge of reps which he plans to work me in slowly. If I like it i will stay woth him if not back to WSBB. Also anyone who knows me will know I am not very coachable so this will be a challenge for me.
The last week has been shakey so just looking to put up some decent numbers and learned a lot from this meet cycle…excited for two more days left till the meet.
Then back in on Monday to get the routine of the gym again
Go big man go, I’ll be cheering for you.
Good luck this weekend.

Felt good and just singed with a coach. I trust him a lot since he has been lifting for a while and has completed Kin. So we start back Monday in the gym.!!!
Awesome performance man and congrats on the 500 pull!
Great stuff big man. Congrats
Loved the way you lowered that DL, just do make sure the plates didn’t break. Quality
Very nice work indeed. Well done
Congrats on the meet!
9/9 is a great day on the platform. Those were some mighty powergrunts!
You’ve set the bar for yourself, now to continue smashing those new PRs.
Working with a coach should help keep you focused for training, that’s a good move.
