I thought about maybe doing rack pull and some walk outs and board work for 3rds
maybe try to find a peak program somewhere, I do not know a lot about peaking, but that looks like a lot of to intensive work the final three weeks.
before the meet you should be closing in on your max then you start prepping your attempts 3 weeks out

Always pasta and chicken for my meals and i cut out beer till after my meet.

So Weds March 30th got a 2nd degree burn on the calf and ankle and dealing with that.
Plan is still going to compete at the meet but training will be switching to a ME sessions to limit the sweating and pain on the ankle and calf.
