Down till Wednesday with a strained ankle ligament. Which will be clear by sunday so monday not risking my ankle be back in the weds and still continue onwards!!!

Twisted it after work, so it takes two days to get to itās worse then after one day it gets better

Ahhh! It made me cringe because I roll my ankles all the time. Iām way too familiar with that pain.

245@2Ć10 -stopped as my ligament in the other knee started to get tight. Most likely due to stress over the last three days from bracing my weight with the opposite ankle
Note:
Felt light and was pretty smooth. Found my belt spot again whiched help.
