Lifting for 5 years
Diet:
Morning shake: 2 cups milk, 3 raw eggs, 2 whopping tablespoons peanut butter, half cup oatmeal, 25g protein powder, half banana
snack-granola bar
2nd meal-chicken breast and carbs
preworkout-banana, hemo rage
postworkout-25g whey powder with water
dinner-pasta, chicken, steak, fish(varies)
before bed- milk and protein
problem area- Chest and overall width from the side( long arms don’t help) and calves
goals- add muscle, keep a conditioned look, maybe do a show
supplements-protein powder, multivitamin, hemo rage, fish oil, sometimes creatine
will add pics, any advice appreciated
