The other day I was so pumped at the gym I couldn’t help but get the tape measure out and see what was happening…19 3/4 I was freaked!!!

Every since I started Pumping the Iron at 15yrs old I have wanted that 20" Arm.

It does sadden me Synthol really destroyed much of the Legend status of the 20" but I know I busted my Ass if I achieve it :slight_smile:

Being Natural the last 16yrs I am pretty sure if I choose to Juice again it will happen, at this stage of the game a 1/4 inch comes as rarely as haley’s comet.

I think 20’s (obviously well developed, not on a fat ass arm) are still legendary. Very few people will ever know whats like to have that status. You should be DAMN proud to be within striking distance of it at this point.

I remember reading that when Arnold competed in the Universe in London he had the biggest arms in all of Europe. They were 20" and he weighed 240-something. And he was huge.
