There is an old pair of Adidas WL shoes at the Anvil not being used…If’n you are of a mind to try them first and are around a size 10.

Clint- I was not aware of this. I will have to come in soon for some squats and try them on. I also want to see this mono lift you guys have now.

I wore a 9 in the Chucks and an 8.5 fits perfect in the Do-wins. I am a wide stance squatter for the record. I kept feeling off balanced in the Chucks with my toes lifting up.

405x10 - changed shorts to some old ones that I shredded a few weeks ago. They weren’t as bad so they did the trick. I was spooked though so I didnt go any heavier.

Its amazing how fast my strength and work capacity drop. I missed 1 heavy squat session and a couple of deadlifts and suddenly i’m a rookie. I am determined to get a 600lb squat vid up before the end of summer. 3x BW is the goal for the Raw Unity meet.

I was suppose to triple the 410 but for whatever reason I missed #3. I was angry so I took it for another double. Not sure what I will do about it next week, maybe back off and build up again. I really should not have missed it but I guess it happens.

Deads tomorrow, I have to start thinking of a plan for pulling, I will be looking for a 330kg pull at Raw Unity.
