I think I weighed in at 112.8 so about a kilo heavier than 3 months ago. The group will literally like 4 blocks away. I actually met the guy that’s starting it at work, pleasures of working at a grocery store you see the occasional freak. Just so you know dave your numbers are next on my list

They’re powerlifters that train with the implements. So non competing strongmen. they’re all older guys (mid 40s to 50s) and there’s a few that were over 700lb raw squatters with wraps and a belt which I think is pretty cool. and I wont be at nationals unfortunately, but put up with me for a week if there’s meet this summer and I’ll come play on your turf.

Feel like I got hit by a freight train. Didn’t fall asleep till 4am last night. Slept for 4 hours and was awake at 8. This week is going to be extremely light if I do train it won’t be till Wednesday. Planning on testing my max ohp this week to get a training max

Still feeling the effects of the meet. Extremely physically drained. The plan this week is to get into the gym Friday or Thursday depending on how I feel. Going to test my piss poor ohp with some delt work.

Strict, I was using safety pins in the rack as the hooks and I couldnt get a proper push in cause the pins were to high. I’m not really interested in my push press as of right now. I will be once it comes to show time
I’ve Decided That It’s time for a new log and will be making a couple new threads within the log section. One for my training and one for my diet log since someone, not going to name and names, Dave is making me go down a weight class so I’ll be keeping both up.
