Yea i was disappointed too but honestly i feel much more prepared and ready this go around. Program is calling for me to hit a single at 390 next week so I will get a side shot on that one. I feel like the programming has worked well for me for both squat and deadlift. My bench has been plateaued for about a year now so that would be one complaint. I am planning on continuing with it until i stop seeing progress.
Well if it’s any consolation my bench has only gone up 7.5kg in the last 2 years, and I’ve run many proven PL programs. Gains are gains and the program looks really interesting and seems to keep you on your toes. Might look into it if the Sheiko AI project takes too long to come.out on Android
Thats frustrating… I guess all you can do is keep grinding away.
Have they developed an app yet for iOS?
I think the Beta is out now or launching imminently. There is a Facebook group if you search Sheiko Ai project. I’m very excited about it and very much have my hopes up.

Tired as shit today, didn’t sleep good last night and I pushed my boy and his cousins about three miles this morning in a heavy wagon. Was worried about being able to hit today’s lifts in this wonderful East Tennessee humidity.

I feel like if its something you want to do, you should just do it. I have been wanting to enter for a couple years and felt the same way, but this will be my first meet. I think the act of entering alone motivates me more than if i hadnt.

haha yeah and on one hand I really would like to try… If my current program puts some lbs/kg to the bar I might try it out next year.
But on the other hand I think/knows I’m going to bail at the last minute.
