Strong lifts bro. Do you think you’re stronger with conventional or sumo?
Hard for me to say… prob at this very moment in time, conventional is the stronger lift. Only because my form feels pretty solid there. I havent pulled sumo in over 6 months. The last time i tried to max sumo i pulled 475 and it felt heavy as hell. Given the circumstances and how easy 500 felt I might run a 4 month block sumo and see what happens. Im not gonna change up anything though as of now as Im signed up for a meet on August 31. Im right in the middle of a peak now lol @idontbrag123

Gosh my bench blows lol. I need to do something else here. That’s prob the only issue I’ve had with this program is the bench frequency is there, just not the correct volume. I’m thinking about trying deathbench or canditos Bench program after this meet
