Wife is feeling under the weather, after little dude went down I drank a few beers and had a pizza lol. Didnt lift this morning because of daylight savings time. Combining the pizza, beer, a tighter belt and some Amon Amarth the top deadlift sets felt light as shit. Its amazing what the time of day and nutrition does for your lifts.

So a thought… I signed up for this AI coaching and the meso i received put me at the weekend of May 18 for testing maxes. I was searching around for a meet nearby to go to… and what are the odds lol.
