Road from Skinny Manlet to Swole Freak

Ok I think its 13% but whatever. I am retaining a lot of water I think because whenever I drink a glass of water (or 2 or 3) I never need to pee afterwards ;/

I chose a novice routine to follow: ICF 5X5.

Current Stats: 5’5" 124ish lbs (skinny), 1RM Bench (135), 1RM Squat (185), 1RM Deadlift (255)

Good job stick to that program and make sure you’re eating enough and you’ll make great progress
