I looked at some compression shorts on amazon when I started this new program with all the jumping around. Didn’t find any small enough yet. It took a few months last time to get it straightened out completely. I have a pair of granny panties on under my tightest pair of leggings under my clothes right now. I may die of a heat stroke by dark…lol

It was perfectly fine until Wednesday when we had to sit in stupid restaurant on the bare wooden chairs for an hour and a half waiting on mediocre food. Grrrrr. So for the record I don’t think the program had anything to do with it. I am frustrated because I want to play with my new toy!

Hip brace is in the post office. Went to the Red Neck Mall yesterday and grabbed some coban and wrapped my hip. Great fix for a couple bucks. Seriously eyeballed the DMSO. No pain during the workout but now it’s letting me know it’s there. But definitely on the mend!

I have a far-related problem like yours. When I walk more than, say, 6000 steps it magically begins to bother me.

An exercise that helped me to atenuate the problem was FST-7 SLDL. A light load (because of the ininterruptable 7 series of 10 reps + strechs).

Found the problem! Just kidding. My piriformis and hamstrings get tight and jack my sciatica. Stretching helps for me, walking does not.

Things like this never happened when I was fat.
The 90/90 stretches seem to help. You have already pointed out my hams and glutes as being weaknesses, and I need to make it a priority to work on them. Thanks for your help!

I went by more of what he lays out in the videos than the written program.
I would not have picked this program for myself but I will admit that my upper body is getting fierce. What would it do if I actually knew what I was doing? Hmmmm…
