I looked at some compression shorts on amazon when I started this new program with all the jumping around. Didn’t find any small enough yet. It took a few months last time to get it straightened out completely. I have a pair of granny panties on under my tightest pair of leggings under my clothes right now. I may die of a heat stroke by dark…lol
It was perfectly fine until Wednesday when we had to sit in stupid restaurant on the bare wooden chairs for an hour and a half waiting on mediocre food. Grrrrr. So for the record I don’t think the program had anything to do with it. I am frustrated because I want to play with my new toy!

Hip brace is in the post office. Went to the Red Neck Mall yesterday and grabbed some coban and wrapped my hip. Great fix for a couple bucks. Seriously eyeballed the DMSO. No pain during the workout but now it’s letting me know it’s there. But definitely on the mend!

The 90/90 stretches seem to help. You have already pointed out my hams and glutes as being weaknesses, and I need to make it a priority to work on them. Thanks for your help!

TH OL at knee level. This is not a good level for me. Will drop the pins next time. Had trouble with grip on the new bar at first then chaulked up and got over it. I tried my straps but seriously I have no luck with them. Operator error I’m sure.
