Plyo ish push ups seriously the next six weeks will be the first and only time you will read the word plyo in my log. Just not my thang

So, when somebody asks what did you do for your 51st birthday? I can say…
Torched my back with some deficit axle deads, ripped my right wrist apart trying to learn how to power clean, and trashed my left shoulder doing speed DB BP. But at least I didn’t hack up a lung so there’s that.

Poor Christian. He used to get to train upstairs in that beautiful training complex with Jelena Abbou. Now they’ve got CT by himself in that little basement gym? The result of all of today’s Instagram experts?

Not sure what is up with that, but his Christmas commercial on YouTube was hilarious so that should count for something.
