I took her to a follow up appointment Thursday and the doc said everything looked okay. One of the screws backed out a little so we will see. I have looked at the xrays three times now and I still see no crack, but he put three long screws in there so… I am sure years ago they would have just sent her home and made her rest.
It will be interesting to see what TrainforPain comes up with for me. Hope I haven’t bitten off more than I can chew.

Thank you! I have been reading back in his log and this is tough. I know he competes in strongman, title says F high reps but there is quite a bit of volume in there, he wants to lean out for transformation and there are mobility/pain issues. Hmmm…
He gave me something I’m pretty sure will kill me - don’t go easy on him!
I’m a fanboy, but the John Meadows stuff is great for my aching joints.
I’m not concerned about it being strongman specific as I don’t plan to compete again until August and even that’s a maybe.
Only concerning pains I have right now are with pressing exercises if I don’t warm up a ton and put them near the end of my session but I’m starting to figure that out. I’m avoiding DL right now because I use too much mid/lower back and zero glute/hams so I feel they’d beat me up too much when peaking for squats but I’m more than open to rotating them back in

How did you find it?
The OHP wasn’t too bad, setup was pretty easy. Used the bar for the overload in rack and the axle for MP and PP. The squat set up was a little more difficult, axle for the overload, but had to strip the weghts for the power cleans.
Made homenade med ball was outside by my tired and filled up with tain water so it’s full of wet sand. Way heavier so that kinda sucked. Probably 25-30 lbs lol
All in all I didn’t diie, but it did take too long to get both complexes in. I may have to do one AM amd one PM or something.
Probably didn’t help thatbit was cold as shit this morning and I have to knock the ice off the bars.
Left shoulder was not impressed with the speed round.
