I found the small cambered bar on Craig’s list and the big one from titan fitness. Both at reasonable prices I believe. Not sure these are what you’re looking for though.

I think I could build a cambered bar though. I have some shit raining down right now, but when things settle down I am building me some toys!

My favorite peep, ( who is 87 years old) fell out of bed last week and cracked her femur. It has been extremely hectic with getting her into a rehab facility and taking care her. She is doing really good but her family is driving me nuts!!!

I have almost all the Christmas doings taken care so, I hope to be back at it soon.

Thank y’all for well wishes for her She is quite the lady. Her sin is coming today so I am expecting her to have a complete psychotic breakdown by the end of the week. It always happens when he and she wife visit. Coincidence? I think not. I think evil thoughts in this department. But it honestly seems like they drug her, trying to get her declared unstable/ incompetent. So sad. It breaks my heart. She is the sweetest person I have ever met.

The good news is I can add Xray tech to my list of things I’ve done :rofl:
I have never heard of having to help with taking xrays, but I can’t even make this shit up. The lead apron would have made a nice weighted vest tho!

@dagill2 So I won’t clog up the transformation thread.

I have went back and read the T Nation version of mass made simple and I don’t see anything “simple” about it.
Do you only lift two days? Where does the 5/3/1 come in. Are the complexes warm ups or break ins?

I’ll happily write all the workouts out for you but in general:

Day 1:
Front squat 531 (PR sets)
Bench 531 (PR sets)
Complexes
High rep squats

Day 2:
Deadlift 531 (pr sets)
Press 531 (pr sets)
Complexes
High rep squats

That’s pretty much how I plan to run it. In the ebook version he also includes some low volume low intensity ab and back work, which wouldn’t be a terrible idea.

The complexes are a “time under the bar” thing.
