I’m trying to think what type of real world stuff that would mimic a bench press…and all I can come up with are fairly dirty things! HA HA!

0x1/225 a little disappointed but certainly not going to beat myself up. Last two weeks have been pretty hectic and I know I haven’t eaten enough this week. All in all happy!
Didn’t bother testing the squat this week because it’s hopeless at this point. Been wheeling and dealing to hopefully make some improvements. We will see if it was worth it in October.
But for now… we are off the Riverfest and jet ski races!

The first attempt was ugly. (No video) bar got out in front of me and I had to practically run to get it back lol. It was only after I pulled my head out of ass I took the video!

Okay, so the guy that owns the local meat market needs some help. He owns one of the local “gyms” so I made deal for a unlimited access, because ya know, air conditioning 
Anyway I dropped in Wed to check it out and there were only two guys in there. One was younger than me on a fancy, smancy elliptical type machine and one older guy in the free weights section. By the time the guy got done on the elliptical and old guy doing planks I was seriously going over the steps in my mind on how to perform CPR! I don’t know if that is going to work, I was nervous wreck with all that gasping going on.
AHHH!! HA!!! I hope you have head phones ! Cover up those “male noises” gyms are FULL OF! All those … uncomfortable visions and noises to be around! Avert your eyes!
HA HA HA! Pump up your jams ignore them for that AC!
