Well shit! Got ready to go to bed last night and got stung by a scorpion. Asshole had to drop from the ceiling…:rage:
I feel like dog shit this morning. Wish this shit would hurry up and wear off. My lips, tongue, hands, and feet are all numb and tingling. Ugh! I’m so pissed! I have been VERY careful, and was finally starting to feel human again.

Well that escalated quickly. Anxiety level on a scale of one to ten… at least 15
I need to calm the fuck down.

That is horrifying!!!

I’m not being lazy just recovering from this weeks real world stuff. Picked up two couches and put them in storage. If you good morning squat a couch and pack it on your back (because your old person isn’t strong enough anymore to lift their end) it really taxes the CNS. Who knew? :laughing:
Moved half the furniture in another house to deep clean everything, push mowed yesterday and moved one of the couches AGAIN! Farmer carrier the garbage 100 yards up the hill, and carried feed. Close enough to a work out.

Will hopefully get some lifting in tomorrow. If today ain’t crazy😜

Working strong trumps (no pun intended!) workout strong, every time.

If I had money to throw away, I could hire a personal trainer to get some “functional training”…so I could be as strong as you LOL.

:joy: A couple of years ago I stopped by the cross fit box (the only ones in town that offer trainers) and ask about some training. He told me he could teach me “functional strength” i told him I didn’t really need that, I need to fix my BP!
