Had to run back to the house :flushed_face: my friend made some pemmican and wanted me to try it yesterday. It’s powdered jerky, dried fruit, nuts and beef tallow. Like 40% beef tallow to hold it all together. Not sure the human body is supposed to process all that at once :rofl: it wasn’t bad, just different. Very gritty, almost like the seeds in a fig.

Looked for my knee sleeves and straps for several minutes. Ask Jed if he knew where I put them and he said no. I got ready to head back to the gym and Jed brings me the knee sleeves! As a rule he can never find shit… lol My hero! Found the straps too. Okay, back to the gym.
