Had to run back to the house my friend made some pemmican and wanted me to try it yesterday. It’s powdered jerky, dried fruit, nuts and beef tallow. Like 40% beef tallow to hold it all together. Not sure the human body is supposed to process all that at once it wasn’t bad, just different. Very gritty, almost like the seeds in a fig.
Looked for my knee sleeves and straps for several minutes. Ask Jed if he knew where I put them and he said no. I got ready to head back to the gym and Jed brings me the knee sleeves! As a rule he can never find shit… lol My hero! Found the straps too. Okay, back to the gym.

My velcro belt broke the other day so this morning I got the leather belt out and laughed and laughed. No way that’s fitting again without a screwdriver. ( but really, I have e zero desire to be that skinny again)
