Just too much stress and extra work right now to go crazy, I just can’t recover from it. Trying to find something sustainable.

My upper back has always been the weak link. So I need to work on that.

This will be a complete overhaul. I need to forget some bad habits and make some new good ones.

I guess either the thermostat or the heating element broke because it’s been YEARS since the forecast has looked like this in July.
