Well… this wasn’t yardio but it was damn sure a workout!
And yes, it’s as tall as I am!

Good grief, cutting down that mess looks like serious work. I’d say it’s at least strength-conditioning, if not true yardio!

Well, I guess we are about done preheating.

Sprayed the gym with some cutter backyard spray a couple days ago. Between that and drying out… no mosquitoes!

Had to cut brush out of a fence this afternoon and found these little guys. So cute thought I would share. No idea what kind of birds they are, mama didn’t try to beat me up.
Chest definitely had a better workout with the loppers than the weights :rofl:

The airdyne makes my left knee hurty. Not bad, just annoying.

Left trap is tight as Dick’s hat band.

I REALLY wanted to put some plates on the bar but made myself not do it. Trying to so this right this time.

I liked putting the BSS before the squats, think I got a better MMC out of it.

I don’t know where the hell Beryl went but it sure ain’t here. All it did was bring more humidity. I was told there would be wind this morning, not in my gym! I smell like a hyena looks.

I’ve noticed the same thing. To me it seems like the seat is way too far forward on the Airdyne. I found this post on modifying to move the seat back. Might give this a shot.

Thanks! I will have to check into that. I played around this morning with foot placement and finally found a somewhat happy spot.
