:rofl: Not anymore. I had covid twice last year and just haven’t got my shit together since.
Came in the house after that and almost fell out. I just need to keep on it. Lifting fixes almost everything!

Jed finally got the tooth extracted yesterday. Afterwards, we went on a nature hike and played a little soccer. (Neither one of us know how to play, but we moved the ball up and down the field to the goals).
We played for about 30 mins. I actually ran. Like all out sprints. I’m counting that shit!

Few minutes airdyne.

Tried to get the treadmill going for Jed, but it’s dead in the water.
Started looking for the problem… found it! A mouse built a nest the control panel :roll_eyes:
I will have to see if I can figure out what he chewed up.

Going pick up a pulley so I can hang my heavy bag from the tree.

Baby chicks will be here today or tomorrow. (Delayed because of holiday.)

I did plant strawberries yesterday and a plum tree today. Making preparations to plant the garden. :grin:

I got WAY too stressed about my friend amd the way her son just put himself in charge. She broke her hip, not her brain. Asshole!

After squatting yesterday, up and down the ladder cleaning a patio, borrowing my buddy’s pick up to go get my mom a couple of recliners, loading and unloading said recliners… My hands/forearms and feet/ lower legs are wrecked. Right leg cramped up off and on all night. Like shin splints that run down the front of leg into my foot.
There has got to be something out there that can help with this. Compression sleeves, arch supports, wraps, etc…
