Hoping to get 3 days in this week. Always makes me happy when Jed comes out with me. I would love for him to be more active, so I didn’t push it. Put on Eye of the Tiger and Burning Heart (which he already likes) and told him to do whatever he wanted. Hopefully he will do it again Friday.

Well, I didn’t make 3 days this week, but I did go out and ride the airdyne for a few minutes. Then mom called because a man and his 14 yo son was shot and killed in one of our small communities in the county. Population: 162
