Ha! Take that creepy neighbors!
Had to call for back up to get the last piece up. My big ole baby boy to the rescue. Just couldn’t hold it in place and screw down at the same time.
And therein lies the conundrum! If you’d left it open, the neighbors would’ve seen your PRs, which might have motivated more lifting. Now, you feel comfortably secure to lift but won’t have prying eyes to secretly impress.
It’s weird. They built two cabins practically in my back door. No idea WHY! They have 10 acres, why right there? Their dog sits across the fence and barks at me while I am lifting. It’s distracting.
Goblet squats 3x10/20
DB raises I Y T a bunch/3s
Rings
Hip circles
Hip flexor stretch
BPAs and band stuff
Just lots of rehab/prehab junk
Some push ups for @simo74 lol
Swelling from the wasp sting made it all the way up my forearm almost to the elbow. It almost looks like I have muscles on that side
Hip hip crease feels tight but ankles and shouldets are loosening up. Getting there. I REALLY wanted to do squats today but not going to jump the gun like I did last time.
Still working on the “remodel”
No way am I going to get all my stuff straightened out until I build another room on.
I need to throw those bowflex adjustable DBs out. Taking up valuable space, and so is the giant treadmill. I mean, do I really need the treadmill? I make an average of 19,000 steps a day.
Thinking of putting the cable bench back inside instead.
Decisions, decisions…
