trap/rhomboid?

Dry needling from a physio I’d highly recommend from personal experience in often angering such areas…!

Not sure. It definitely affects my trap but the pain is under my scapula. No telling, it’s probably just worn out

Took the long road to get there but happy. I may have been able to squeeze out 150 butbit was so much better than expected I’ll take it!

@dagill2 tagged me in a post and it reminded me that every time I have been lost with my training I have come back to 531 hardgainer template to start rebuilding. So it shall be done.

I have a lot to do outside of the gym so I may have to rotate how many days I lift depending on recovery. Will continue to test the maxes this week and write out the plan. Well… all except the OHP which we know is in the shitter.

Glad to see you still killing it with your warm ups chicken

At least I am consistent with something!

I am supposed to test my bench max today but I can’t bear to write the same number down after all these years. :sob::sob::sob:

This tells me that what I have doing isn’t working. I think I need to start from ground zero. This has always been the weak link.

Have you considered that this might be a mental barrier as much as a physical one?

Do you have any way to have someone else loading the bar for you so you can’t tell what’s on there? You could make the calls by feel and bar speed without knowing the total weight on the bar.

Anything is possible. No, I don’t have anybody that can load the bar. Jed would throw 225 on

I just think I just need a do over on this. The hardgainer template assistance is

I think I need to concentrate on the push ups and inverted rows for a bit. I have spoke about it before but somehow I end up “twisting” the bar up. Need to break myself of that.

My heart is just not in it right now but I need to get back in the groove.

Give it 10mins and @simo74 will come along and ask how many push ups you’re doing every day.

Uhmmmm… he threw that suggestion out a few weeks back and I kinda blew off. Not intentionally, just can’t get my brain in the right place since I had the covid.
