The good news is… all that rehab/prehab stuff must be working. No back pain, only one hammy cramp, everything went well!!!
Good idea to put those yielding eccentrics (negatives) for that sticking point. Try for a 7-10 second fight.
I didn’t count, but tried to make them slow and steady. By the last set when I got to the weak point things definitely sped up the last couple of inches. Going to keep on it for a few sessions to see if I can make improvements. Will try to remember to count next time.
