Will try to get a few push ups in while breakfast is cooking.
You lost me on most of those but it sure looks like a lot of work. Like the pushups while cooking breakfast. Throw on the bacon, 10 pushups, flip the bacon, 10 more. I just made myself hungry.
That makes two of us! I have no idea what I am doing. These things keep popping up in my Instagram feed. I am going with… doing something has to be better than doing nothing. I do know that my upper back isn’t near as tight as it has been, so I think it’s working… lol
The only tough ones today was the prone lift off and banded dead bugs.
Geeez… I did squats Monday, trap bar Wednesday and will DL today. But if it makes you feel better I will try to throw in some landmine squats or something at the end today.
I woke up at rest area on I 80 in Nevada 20 years ago today. I turned on my radio to find chaos. I called my husband but he was too concerned about his girlfriend to worry about me. By the time I got to California I had cried all the tears my eyes had to offer. I cried for the people in the attacks, I cried for our country, I cried for myself. There was nobody there to offer a hug, or tell me things were going to be okay. At the time nobody knew if there would be more attacks. I was scared, we all were scared. We were angry, hurt and devastated, but we were the lucky ones.
I will never forget.
There really is some good (and bad) stuff on Instagram. I’ve been off social media for a while but stuff like that makes me want to get back on Instagram
