LOL for me it is the opposite, I take too long thinking about a plan thats why I have someone else do it for me. Once it is on paper executing the sessions each week is easy.

My personal favorite is spend hours writing it all out, do it for a couple of days, then say screw it! And make shit up as I go.

It was a good session! Very happy with how things went. I actually didn’t have any veggies. I had biscuits and gravy for lunch yesterday. Pork and rice last night. Then had one and half of these post workout with homemade mashed potatoes.

Paul used to be a coach here on the forum. He has written some good articles but last year it seemed that he went off his rocker a bit. I do give him full credit for the phrase “clown dick” though. :rofl:

I have no idea what this is. But given down here a biscuit is like a cookie I am guessing you didn’t have cookies covered in gravy !!

No, biscuits are a quick bread made with flour, lard, baking powder, salt and milk.
Brown a 1lb pattie sausage in a pan and make gravy on it. Pour over biscuits.

But I will say… cookies with chocolate gravy is delicious!

Looks great. I had Chicken Fried Steak and mashed potatoes smoothered in gravy for lunch. Bout once a week I make up some SOS and have it with biscuits.

When I have access to a pull down tower, I usually switch between ropes, straight and v handles. I like them all, but rope is probably the hardest and therefore (?) the most efficient, I guess.
