Looks like a lot of good consistent work done in here. I really like the trap bar for dead lifts. Good choice there.
Dips can be tough on shoulders, no doubt about that.

but I have had this log going for while. Best to just use the “jump to” button to get to the bottom of it.

Really struggling right now.
I’m so gosh darn incredibly happy! Got a new carburetor for my old push mower. The kit came with a the carb, spark plug, fuel fliter, air cleaner, gas cutoff valve, primer bulb and clamps.
Installed everything, checked the oil, filled it with gas. Grabbed the rope handle and HOT DAMN! It started on the very first pull. Thank you JESUS!
