Yes I do. The only difference is, the other person asks this question regularly and there is a 100 comment discussion that follows, repeating the same thing for years. You can count on one hand the number of times I have ask for an opinion/ feedback, and you were the only person that commented, and I thank you for that. It’s probably time I log off for a bit and take a break. :smirk:

It’s that of year again. Time for my annual anxiety attack. I have come to believe that this happens when I get stung by the fire ants (or it could have been the chili cheese Fritos). I think it sets off my autoimmune issues. I haven’t had a full on meltdown in a longtime so I think I have learned to somewhat control it.

I capped the 185s at 10 to keep my heart from exploding, plenty of strength left. Probably could have hit 10 more. Same with the assistance, just got the reps in.

Hope to have this issue under control in a few days and get back on the wagon.

My knee-jerk response is maybe you’re allergic to a protein in the ant venom and/or the chili Fritos. Both are hot; how do you react to other spicy foods? I don kow if ant venom has capsaicin, but I do see that one similarity. Alone those lines, since the anxiety attack happens in the spring time, the reaction might be compound, a mix of spring pollens plus something in the ant bite or chili chips.

I have no idea about the fire ant venom but have read that it is similar to scorpion venom which makes my face and hands go numb.

I have never had a problem with spicy foods but I don’t rule anything out. My guess leans more towards a preservative in the mix if anything. Plain ones don’t seem to bother me.

Who knows.
