Not to jump in the middle of all this cause I don’t go to any other pages. I may start, sounds interesting. How do they say it now? IMHO, (and we know all about opinions) people just over-think their workouts. I see guys First, if you’re trying something new you have to give it time to work. Second, people are selling a product when they come out with their “new” work out program. Do you trust car sales people? (Sorry if there’s any here.) Not saying there aren’t any good programs but “…there’s nothing new under the sun” sounds pretty accurate to me.

Went out tested the waters with a “semi sumo” stance. Outside of the feet at the edge of the inside rings. 35lb plates

Woke up my gluteus medius on the left side but right hip joint seemed to take it pretty well. We’ll see if I can walk tomorrow…lol

I can typically break off the floor better sumo but have trouble locking out. Conventional I can lock out but have trouble breaking off the floor. There has to be a happy medium somewhere in between.

Now off to go build a couple of large, horrifically tacky, animated pieces of crap. Santa Clause and an elf racing jet skis. :roll_eyes: just shoot me now

All I did today was farmer carries with my new treasures and rearranged/ straightened stuff up a bit.

Me thinks Imma going to need a bigger rack.

Who would have ever thunk it?
Years ago when I first started this journey with a couple of 5lb DBs I never entertained the thought that it would go this far. Back then my neighbor had an oly bar and large assortment of plates and I told my mom I would never need anything THAT BIG. Just look at me now. So proud of how far I have come.

Well I don’t know about that. No rules they say they can’t be colorful…:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: At least so I can tell which plates match at a glance.
