Does the bench block you showed earlier and using here stay attached to the bar during the lift?
Yes, during the lift. I cut the gap a tiny bit narrower than the bar then and pressed the bar into and let it sit all day in the heat. It molded to it perfectly. So now I can pop it off and on.
Sorry if this has been explained already, but what is the purpose of the block?

That’s it. Felt like death yesterday. The night before last was a shit. A somewhat self inflicted blow to the face with 12 gauge, then got stung by a scorpoin while asleep. This is never a good thing. Woke feeling better but didn’t push anything.

Thanks! I hold old Betsy tight to the shoulder. She kicks like a mule. Mom had it loaded and I just went with it. When I pulled the trigger and she kicked, the breech opèned, she folded up and got me. I have never had that happen before.
We just have bark scorpions here and the venom makes my face and extremities go numb and tingle. Just a general feeling of. shot at and missed, but shit at and hit.
