OH MY I hope you love it! I think it helps for oh work!! It surely does for me and its great back support without being too stiff for EVERYTHING ELSE–and I mean EVERYTHING ELSE!

I won’t get to try it until Sat. :face_with_raised_eyebrow: I just got an inexpensive one from Amazon so we’ll see.

I bet no matter what it helps you feel more supported an secure! Before I got a rehband one I had used someone’s very basic “cheap” velcro one at the gym- they left it there for who ever to use it. Cheap or not it helped!

Sorry I haven’t been keeping @oldergoat. I can’t hang with 5 days a week. Going to continue on with 4. I just have too many irons in the fire right now. I am playing catch with my peeps, my garden, my car broke down, my steps fell apart, ya know real life shit.

But my garden looking great…lol

4 days is way better than zero days ! and if it can only be 3 or 2 …still better than zero…if it becomes a burden, put it down until the time is better suited for you…Ill still be here being annoying !!!

Transplanted some eggplants, tomatoes, started some more tomatoe seeds, pulled a bunch of weeds and fertilized some things.

Just a reminder for myself. When I started this years ago, I couldn’t even do one shitty push up much less a half way decent push up. I have to give myself a pep talk once in a while to remind me how far I have come.

Today is haircut day! That may give me a whole new outlook this afternoon.
