Just need to dial things in. I have been doing 4 days a week so long now the 5th day is throwing me off, if that males sense. I have tried to change things up a bit and am digging myself a hole.
I suggest that you plan days and just rotate through them. Don’t worry about what day of the week. If it’s a four day per week plan but you train five days then just do day one early.

What’s your goal(?) When I start struggling mentally, I try and pick the three things I need to do consistently to hit my goals and make sure I do them, and don’t worry about anything else.
When I am down on lifting mojo, stuff like instantly ignites fuels my fire! Maybe some Mateusz will help your mini slump!

The main goal is still… get stronger, but I don’t want to get any fatter…lol which I’m not. I am actually down a couple of pounds.
I’ll get it together eventually. I probably just need to run the hardgainer along with the Daily Dose. That is always my fall back when I start getting wigged out.
Get stronger at what movements?
To me, I’d just draw up a 3 point list of “Stuff I need to do”. For these goals that would look something like:
- Plan appropriate nutrition
- Daily Dose deadlift
- Hit all 5 other basic movements regularly.
That seems like something for me I could continue indefinitely without much fuss until the fire came back.
