Hey CL

You’re doing a specifik approach, the daily dose deadlift.
That is your focus, it’s not that long, it’s not that hard.
You’ve got your own bar right?
You like to work out 4 days a week.

Make a 4 days a week template, start every workout with the deadlifts. Then do the rest.
Then on one restday you go to the barn and do the deadlifts, and nothing else. BUT this day your focus is solely to pull every single one of them as strong fast and technically perfect as you can, with the appropriate rest between them.

monday; DL - squat - core, tuesday DL - chest - back - thursday DL - legs - arms - friday DL - shoulders - back - saturday DL.
Something like that.

I have definitely been called worse. I have just gone thru times where everybody thinks I am a guy, or calls me sir etc… it just hasn’t hapened in a while. It may be trying to tell me something!

I think it’s cool that you’re using all kinds of deadlifts.

How did you like benching with tucked elbows? Did it feel like a shorter motion? I feel like it’s easier to focus on Bending the Elbows (vs dropping the shoulders) and really using triceps with the false grip too.

The program says to change it up, so Imma trying.

The verdict is still out on the elbow tucking. It always hurts my left arm where the lateral/middle/ whatever you want to call it, ties in to my arm.

I broke it there when I was kid so I don’t if that’s why or if it’s just decrepit…lol
Either way I will give it a little more like this and slowly try to widen my grip back out and keep the elbow tucked. At least the shoulders were straight for the most part. The only certain part is… it’s aching now! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: May be better to jusst teach the right one to flare out.

That’s because sumo is cheating. Duh!
