Well done CL
Now it’s time to look back and see what you’ve learned.

Quite a luxury having that trap bar with the handles in your home gym. Load that puppy up and take it for a walk down the street!

Way to finish!

The only really awful part of this was the jump DLs. Just didn’t like them at all. The rest of it was useful stuff. We will see what the next program holds.

Yes! My mom got it for me at Christmas a couple of years ago. I may pack it up to road and try the bodyweight challenge just to see how far I can get. Probably not very

Thanks! When you first give to me I thought… No way in hell, but I did it!
I needed something different. I think I will keep this in my arsenal to pull out when I get stuck in a rut… all but those jump DLs. Have to find something else for those, maybe a weighted vest or something.

My thoughts exactly.

Good work in here chicken, what’s the next plan?

Lmao!

I like the idea of the Daily Dose DL that @Frank_C is running with some Meadows back and shoulder work.

My goal is still to pull 300. Think I will save MMS until aftr the transformation challenge and when it’s a 1000 degrees outside because it only two days a week. Maybe that will give me time to bring u my front squat a bit.

Daily dose with deadlifts?

Just throwing ideas out there, but when your ready for an ass kicking program again, @T3hPwnisher ROM progression was an absolute game changer for deadlifts for me. And you’re smart enough to actually be able to macgyver a way to make it work.

That’s what JM is running right now.

Looks doable. 5 days a week. And stupid pride/ego wants delts. I’m sure there will never be cannon balls but at a little shadow would be nice.

I would be terrified by anything @T3hPwnisher came up with! :scream:
That’s just failure in a can for me. I don’t know if I am tough enough.

It’s not terrible, by Pwns standards. Basically start with your target deadlift weight but raised on blocks/whatever and slowly lower it over the course of 6-8 weeks until you’re pulling it from the floor. I did it as 3 x 3. I think Pwn does one double rest pause set.

Hmmmm… okay. I am going to try to make through the daily dose first then see we’ll see where I go from there. It sounds reasonable.

Just throwing ideas out there, no pressure

Actually a little pressure is a good thing for me. Keeps me honest with myself. That’s how coal becomes a diamond

What would you like us to peer pressure you into? Whens your target for your 300lbs pull?
