Hello, my question regards training. I know i had discussed this previously in a post regarding AAS cycle issues but i couldnt find the post and did not want to resort to “bumping”.
i have done extensive reading on AAS and nearly everything that is essential to gaurenteing good gains and negating potential side effects so i hope my posting count has no reflection on my actual knowlegde. regardless i havent seen much literature on training.
ive considered a powerlifer style training program as my intent is to gain strength but then a thought popped in my mind, what if i do ripptoes, (except a little bit modified to hit some vital areas not covered like my vastus medilus, scapula,RC, etc.) would that be an acceptable training regime or not enough.
