I didnt reach the conclusion I was hoping. was hoping more to get ideas about what to expect and how to control any negatives. However, I did get great advice. For ME i dont think this would be idea would be worthwhile. But please everyone do their own research.
I have become a firm believer in exercise, truly adds “more life to the years” in my experience. Also ofcourse, I love how my physique has changed in just these few months. Hope I dont offend anyone but I dont think weight training is my thing. I am going to get into MMA as that is much, much less of a choir for me. Im gonna follow everyones great advice tho, probably continue the weights 3x a week at an hour or so and be grateful.
I am very greatful for everyones help. Atleast I didnt risk anything and wasting months to get nowhere.
IMO, AAS is addictive directly proportional to the results they give. If you don’t get much in the way of results, it is easy to make the first cycle your last cycle.
What you can accomplish with the aid of AAS will in no way motivate you to train natural.
I am not of much help to you. I took numerous cycles in my 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s. I would never suggest a single cycle to anyone.
Yup, if OP carries on regardless of the advice he’ll get here I predict either, completely lackluster results, or results that match expectations of OP and then a rapid loss of said results.
OP if you don’t know how to eat, train and stay disciplined, drugs won’t change a thing and you’re fooling yourself if you think otherwise.
@Atag828 @alex_uk is right on the mark. You give almost 0 information on yourself other than the fact that your diet sucks.
What are your stats?
What is your gym/training history?
What does your current diet consist of?
I have more to say about this plan but i’d like to hear the answered to the questions I have asked. Would also like to see a face blurred pic.
Yup and here is another case of misunderstanding how steroids work. Social media portrays them as a magic bullet for permanent muscle gains. 1) They work but only if you fuel your body and work it out properly. 2) They generally add very little keepable mass post cessation.
man please do a little more research before jumping into this. and learn to eat BEFORE taking steroids.
Test only for 12-16 weeks is pretty standard first cycle. 300-500mg weekly. This will not be the only cycle you do, trust me lol.
the way you make and keep gains is to eat for muscle gain / retention. if you can’t do that on or off cycle then you’re not going to gain much and you’re def not going to keep much.
The MK is an interesting idea if you can’t make yourself eat enough calories. but I would run that the whole time, or maybe just by itself with no cycle, and see if you can eat enough to grow using on that. if so, THEN consider the steroids. good luck
Thank you. Yeah it may be a waste of effort. If I have to live like I’m training for an Olympic gold medal in Judo to add 5 kilos than this definitely is a waste of time. Thank you
The human body will find homeostasis (balance) with whatever current hormones / fuel / training you have. For example, look at retired body builders in their prime vs how they look now. This is a larger degree, but point is they don’t keep all that muscle they had after they stop abusing steroids.
When you amp up your T levels you will grow muscle with training and nutrition. When you stop taking the steroids your body will revert back to the condition it was prior. If you continue to train hard and fuel properly you ‘may’ retain some of the new growth. In my experience its very little. Most people that retain muscle from steroids use them over and over for a long period. Even then when they stop they lose a good bit but have had long enough of a period for the body to adapt to retain some of it.
Congratulations! You’re a prime candidate for GOMAD. Just switch the booze to milk.
You have no business doing GVT. It’s a brutal program for advanced (and enhanced) athletes. Which means whatever you’re doing probably isn’t GVT anyway.
Look up Starting Strength.
Where’s the rush? The process is the whole point to this lifestyle, not just the end result.
Since you’re probably going to disregard everyone’s suggestions to first learn to eat and train properly before jumping on steroids, this is what I would do if I were you:
Program: Starting Strength linear progression adding dips and chin ups from the start
Diet: eat everything you see + a gallon of milk a day (gomad)
Sleep: as much as possible
Drugs: 500mg a week test cyp or enanthate. No orals - give you liver a break.
